AChapel Gallery was originally named St. Mary’s Episcopal Church. She was consecrated on April 25, 1904 by Reverand John H. White. The land was procured in 1843, on which the original St. Mary’s was built. Due to inclement weather and fire, this newer structure was erected. The bell is from the preceding structure purchased from New Yo
AChapel Gallery was originally named St. Mary’s Episcopal Church. She was consecrated on April 25, 1904 by Reverand John H. White. The land was procured in 1843, on which the original St. Mary’s was built. Due to inclement weather and fire, this newer structure was erected. The bell is from the preceding structure purchased from New York and shipped to Delphi via the Wabash & Erie Canal by way of Toledo. The parsonage stood on the adjacent lot until Spring 2018. The piece depicted in the art glass at the altar is The Ascension by Heinrich Hofman (1824-1911) the painter, not to be confused with the photographer, Heinrich Hoffman (1885-1957) with two “f’s”.

Delphi Properties, LLC has been developing property locally since 1958. They believe in our community, and want to help promote our unique, up-and-coming spot on the map. They are fortunate to own a beautiful historic church right in the heart of town, which they have repurposed into this lovely Art Gallery. The goal is to organize an

The goal is to organize an affordable, attractive venue for our local Artists to display and sell their work.
